Federalism in Nepal

According to Nepal's  constitution 2072 Himalayan Kingdom Nepal has been changed into a Federal Republic of Nepal. Although most of the political parties were agreed and signed the constitution, the country can sustain this political structure, the federalism. Is this appropriate for such a small nation ?  I am very doubtful in the success of the structure. In most of the countries where federalism has been adopted, these countries had been formed by merging various other small countries and federalism was necessary. And these country has large area so it is difficult to govern all the country from a place. Nepal is a undeveloped country, has not much capital to run such expensive political system. In running federalism.

Insert country flag inside google sheet's cell

Google sheet is a web based application  which allow user to create, manage, modify and share data live online. It is similar to Microsoft excel. It can be used online and offline ( offline used only with Google chrome with limited functionality). Here i am going to explain how to insert country flag to Google sheet.  Open a google sheet  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets  and log in with your Google account. Create data similar to the image below  Type formula '= IMAGE ( "https://www.countryflags.io/" & C2 & "/flat/64.png" )' on first cell of flag column. (where c2 is reference cell whose data is used as country code and then press enter) You will see flag's image inside cell. To display flags on all  cell drag the cell downwards.
